Enjoy playing 3 note chords for your favorite songs by touching a chord pad/tab one at a time. Playing piano chords or other instruments on your mobile device has never been easier. For learners, the corresponding note numbers are also highlighted on the keys as you play the chords. Additional notes can be normally played by touching the keyboard keys while playing chords. It is best to use wired headsets for better stereo sound quality enjoyment. Users can also record and playback performances by pressing the corresponding buttons while not using a headset. Before recording the performance, please unplug the earphones and adjust the main volume to approximately 75% or more if the recorded sound volume is low. New Features And Enhancements:

Six preset reverb and playback speed and pitch control audio enhancement effects accessible through a popup menu button. The choices are large hall, medium hall, large room, medium room, small room, and plate reverb. Users who need to transcribe or study notes and chords of songs can now slow down or speed up playback, and/or change the pitch of the music on the fly.

General Features:

Similar to other piano keyboard apps but with more features, Strings and Piano Keyboard is a simple but responsive Android musical keyboard application that features realistic sounds of fifty-six instruments consisting of five acoustic pianos, five electric pianos, six organs, acoustic folk, classical guitar, two electric guitars, electric bass, arc bass, bandurria/mandolin, sitar, two saxophones, two synths, two choir/human synthesized voices, four orchestral strings, three violins, cello, pizzicato, orchestra, horn, trumpet, flute, accordion, bandoneon, harp, vibraphone, xylophone, music box, steel pan, and drum kit. Two instrument banks or channels are available for dual sound reproduction.

The musical keyboard application features an audio recorder, media player, four keyboard layouts with six (6) octaves, and a maximum of ten note polyphony, where users can play ten notes simultaneously. The sounds are generated using audio streams and sound parameters cannot be changed as compared to real synthesizer keyboards. The tuning is preset at 440 kHz standard tuning or ISO 16 and cannot be changed. Sustain function and touch response are also supported on compatible devices.

Device compatibility:

Tested and optimized for 4-inch and larger screen smartphones and 7.8-inch Android tablets running Android versions 4.1 up to Android 11 in landscape mode. Instrument selection and octave shift option selection is accomplished simply by tapping the corresponding buttons.

The app contains banner and interstitial ads and offers reward items in the form of new instrument sounds that are locked and optional viewing of rewarded video ads where users can accumulate in-app reward points to unlock the locked reward items.

An ad-free Pro version is also available at a minimal price for those who don't like to see ads and like to support the developer.

This app is seriously lacking. For the amount of time they put into creating what could've been a flawless sounding app, it's pointless when you record something and can't share or locate the file. I tried their advice but it made no sense. The app also closes without warning. I'd have no problem paying to get rid of the ads if I were satisfied with the demo version but since I can't extract what I record without being a magician, one star :(

I actually really like many things about this app. Nice selection of instruments, responsive and the chords are a lovely touch however, I find it so frustrating that these developers create a half descent, useful app but then spoil it by either not adding a record feature or (as in this case) the record feature is awfull as it records what the device mic picks up! Completely useless! Doesn't deserve such a low rating though. That is why I'm giving a 3⭐ app 5⭐. Try & bump the score up a little

Too many ads, notices, etc. Also not for songwriters/musicians who are looking to figure out chord progressions because if chords at the bottom/side can be edited, I sure couldn't figure out how. I guess it's fine if you're just looking to play the keyboard on your phone maybe
