About this app

Is your HTTPS traffic being spied on?

Is there a hacker near you? Is your employer watching your traffic?

This is the fastest way to check.

This app will check the SHA fingerprint of the SSL certificate as seen by the Android device and will compare it to the fingerprint of the same website as seen on an external network. It will catch a case of a Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) listening in to your HTTPS encrypted browsing.

This convenient tool does not require you to record certificate fingerprints. It handles everything for you including checking on a different network. You get an immediate answer to the question of spying.

Excellent tool for security and privacy! edit: I don't know what happened, this use to work great ! now when I type in a website address it says enter a fully qualified domain name. I have fully and correctly entered the URLs with out spacing.

Awesome app. I've spent hours trying to get certificate details from chrome and Firefox on Android, and it seems impossible. Why would they make sure an important security not even available as an advanced option? Probably to help out the spy agencies and other despicable people.

Sorry Rob I love your work on YouTube but after numerous tests I'm getting numerous false positives. I'll go to one well known website and it says attack detected, straight after another is safe, then straight after the same positive from the first. This has happened with numerous different well known websites. Tested over and over again and each time in only gives positives to the same websites.
