very bad experience, I was booked a hotel and when I reached to the hotel I was told by them they were not accepting any booking from Cleartrip I was with my wife in the dark nights I also tried to call on Cleartrip customer service but I never get in touch with any customer care person from Cleartrip and I also want my refund who will be responsible for this

The app is not helpful when it comes to rescheduling flights. You can’t do it directly through the app — you have to call an agent, which takes a lot of time. Because of the delay, the flight I wanted to change to was already full. Very frustrating experience.This was a lesson for me — next time, I’ll book directly from the airline’s website.

Very bad experience. I booked a hotel via ClearTrip, payment was fully done including taxes, but I didn’t receive any booking confirmation for hours. After repeated follow-ups, they gave me a different hotel which had poor facilities. I was also asked to pay extra at the hotel even though I already paid everything. Totally unprofessional and frustrating.
