one of the great mobile banking for local Indonesian bank. Simple and user friendly. But, when it's night time (GMT+7) it is so hard to do some of activity, and sometimes it's doesn't connect to the server. In other words, it's not 24 hours services from the server. Duhhh.. and I have lot's of trouble when I want to pay/purchase something other than this bank services, such as pay my e-commerce shopping, or transfer to other bank. Could you guys fix it?! Thanks

transactions with the same bank are subject to tariffs, there are few transaction options, when you want to install the mobile banking application you have to use a duty stamp even though you have already done the installation, other banks don't have that kind of thing, banking is more complicated than other banks

Getting error message while logging in Error 184 silakan aktivasi ulang, which require me to bring my physical saving book to bank officer in order to recover my username and password. I never encounter this ridiculous problem on other mobile banking app. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! FIX THIS!
