How can an online shopping service be this bad? Why can't we just have a regular mail system like other countries? Every time I place an order on this app, it always brings me trouble. And speaking of their stock, it's terrible. Customer service never picks up the phone, the messaging service doesn't work, they never accept any complaints through their app (because apparently, the app doesn't work functionally), and the service workers' voices sound annoyed and lazy.

Everything is simple and easy to use. U don't have to worry about your ordered item is fake or not. Those are all original. Only disappointing thing is slow delivery. Every time I order things, it comes next day night. But i still use it cuz the best one in Mongolia at the moment i think....

All is great. But just need to update the stock information correctly. Some things are already sold out but it shows still available.
