Dear Taylors, I like that you are trying to implement modern tech into your education but this app is completely unusable. There was not a single time I can remember being able to open the app without any sort of problem with it. Please work on this and be better.

I am unable to get to my classes resulting in being marked absent. This is horrible for my attendance and education. It constantly shows that I don't have classes. It is very confusing and frustrating. Please fix this problem.

This app is the worst. It keeps crashing all the time. The biggest problem is that the university rely on it heavily in every thing, it's like the university's one stop for everything but it's useless since it's not working. Life was better without it.
