SPayGlobal (also known as Sarawak Pay) is the Sarawak Government Fintech mobile app platform that provides a convenient and secured e-wallet functionality. Users can make digital payment for bills and purchases at participating merchants. Users can top up their e-wallet through internet banking and credit cards and enjoy the convenience of cashless payments.

SPayGlobal allows users to:
- Scan & Pay using QR Codes
- Split bills amongst SPayGlobal users
- Perform peer to peer fund transfers
- Enjoy discounts vouchers within Loyalty Rewards
- Purchase and renew insurance, pay study loans, order food, make donations, pay for street parking, etc.
- Subscribe, manage and pay your bills
- Check transaction history conveniently
- Search or view merchant listing
- Register and operate an Individual Merchant Account

SPayGlobal is operated by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT), on behalf of the Sarawak Government.
SNT holds an eWallet license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

I cannot scan QR code to make payment. I cannot transfer funds easily. This app feels broken. Interface is great and good enough, but I cannot understand why it cannot scan QR codes meant for it. I love the features available though, like the donation, top up, bills etc.. Please make more improvements so that the app lags less frequently, and so users can make smoother transactions. Thank you!

One thing I don't like and feel very inconvenient when I try to search my previous trancsation or payment history. Why can't you just list out my previous payment history along the way or maybe show one year transaction. Not just monthly transation statement. Somemore have to download it to see cannot see directly.... I try to search for when is the last time I pay the government bill but the record gone. It seems like the record more than a year will be erased....

If i could give zero stars, I would. I changed my device last year, attempted to log in to swak pay using another app. It rejected my "face recognition" multiple times. This alone dragged on for months. Now my mum that is new to swak pay is also having issues in just registering for the app alone. I would suggest that the app figure out another way to identify the individual.
