i had trouble logging in to my account. my internet connection is just fine. when i enter my email and password correctly, then i press (sign in) button, it's not moving or doing anything. they do not log me in. it happens on my phone but not on my laptop. i can sign in successfully on laptop

I lIke this app. But it's really annoying when I didn't use the app for a while, the app logged me out automatically. It doesn't make sense since this is more of an informative & educational app, not a media social app where people can do stupid things on it. Anyhow, it is undeniably a good app that I can access easily whenever I need it. If only the developers team can fix the problem I mentioned above, I'd be more than happy to give 5 stars.

Hi i had trouble log into the app after updating. I cant log into the app at all and got stuck near the authentication page. Also having trouble to enroll into mims cpd courses. I had sent email for assistance but havent got any reply yet.
