Terrible experience. First, the app did not work on my Galaxy phone (it gets stuck and keeps spinning when you start it), so had to download it on a tablet. Now, it has been 3 hours that I've been trying to get verified. It keeps failing to verify with 3 different IDs and there's no single reply from the support or to tell me why is it failing to verify me.

The camera works when I need to scan a qr code. But once I need to scan my ID, the camera doesn't work anymore even though I have enabled the camera permissions AND it scanned the QR code beforehand.

For whatever reason, this app can't even open up, it just keeps spooling forever. How could any institution depend on an app that is this unreleliable and functionally useless?
