The bank itself has alot of short comings in terms of services and accessibility to their members. Especially concerning debit cards and security protocols, access to your own accounts outside business hours, aside from transfers, is next to nothing. what's the point of having an app that highlights "managability" when you can only "manage" between the hours of 9-4:30 and 9-12 on Saturday. Ridiculous... not to mention some of the highest fees in the area

I usually have to fight with the app only a couple times to open it a few times a month. But now I cannot get the app to open beyond the initial load in screen. It tries to load and shuts the whole app down. I have installed the new update, checked my phone for updates, cleared cache, uninstalled the app. None of it made a difference.

Quit working today. Reinstalled, and no luck. App is very klutzy. It takes 3 taps to get to my fingerprint login, it should take 1, and 3 more taps to get to my checking detail. Needs a lot of streamlining.
