Good idea, bad implementation,bad support. Forced to install this for several of my stops. You down load app then they send you texts that take you to the website. Over and over and nothing will update. Customer "service" if it isn't an automated menu that hangs up at the end. The person will ask what the problem is then send you to an automated message that tells you to use the app then hangs up.

too demanding, With protocols of national fleets. Some warehouses are in the instructionally disadvantaged. Time between arrive the gate, the administratiin receiver office, the assign to the dock. then trying to get to a dock becuz cluster pool of yard trk, construction and other drivers just killed your door time. the other is administrative duties of lumoer and final office filing of 150 trks at one time. kills the apps 15 min rule. Apps is for racketeering and destroyment

This app was not working. Don't get the text messages on the phone. Can't pay the lumper fee or reply to say yes I'm at the door.
