I paid for the premium pack and received the confirmation. However, the app is not allowing me to watch TV. I tried again, but to no avail. I can see the charges on my bank statement. I tried contacting support, but they were no help either, blaming it on my phone not being able to work well with the app, even though I have the latest Samsung.

Full of errors still. I used to submit error report both in google play or inside the application. Now it seems just tiring and waste of time. - Continuing the movie from last time will not work most of the time! Always had to start from the beginning. - Search function is not showing results that already in your database. (Searched for Home Alone, no result) - Movies unexpectedly display invalid error when internet connection is disrupted. - Movie thumbnails and titles load very slow even on decent connections - Login of account is very problematic, unexpectedly logout. or no response at all. - When watching movie on android device, swiping up on full screen (to show home button) will jump the movie backward. need smooth navigation! Just writing what I remember. I am sure there is many more. I think in general user interface is not so friendly. Hoping your app will improve further, Best, Update July 12, 2020 Nothing is improved since then. was not able to continue my movie from different devices still. Search functions are not working properly. Search suggestion link is showing "not found" error. I did send a lot of suggestions and error report but nothing seems to be fixed. I wonder if anyone is sitting behind the desk and reading these reviews to further improve this app. And also when you update the app please write thorough change log pls. Your loyal customer who is disappointed with your Looktv app.

Such a good app! Giving many Mongolians a chance to watch our national channels from abroad! I understand there are some technical issues but everyone starts with mistakes and issues. Those who gave one star and trash talkers, they can not even write simple sentences correct, thats who they are! I am proud of these people who create this awesome app! Keep on going guys!!! You can do much more great stuff! I trust in you! Fighting!!!
