GO! MANILA Mobile App - Official mobile app of the City Government of Manila that aims to provide fast, effective and convenient manner of various services to the public. A more secure and cost-effective means to access a full range of payments and financial services that will reach not only the constituents of the City but globally.


The mobile application has the following features:
- City of Manila’s Real Property and Business Tax Payments;
- Wide range of facilities for payment of bills for government and private entities;
- E-Wallet for loading, payment, sending and receiving of funds;

Ratings and reviews

It's absolutely ridiculous and extorts you through conveniences fees. Absolutely do not load cash to your e-wallet because it will be stuck there if you're transacting for something that won't accept it. Plus, depending on the load, you're charged a large convenience fee. Come on. It's 2021. Make it standard of zero convenience fee. You want people to use this app, right?

Although there is a good interface, there is a bug in completing the profile for me to be able to use the services in the app... once I complete my profile information it requires me a valid email address then as soon as I entered my email address it will reset the info I already filled in the profile information space... I just keep on repeating everything with no avail. Chat support is not even available to respond to the queries.

Doesn't take credit cards. Incredibly convoluted procedure for payment. Difficult to use. Doesn't save payment receipts. Just a plain stupid app. Better to just pay over the counter in banks than use this brain dead app if it were possible but we're forced to use this useless app. I strongly suggest mag LAGAY na lang kayo sa traffic enforcer. Mas mura pa.
