Very bad app, whereas I already subscribed but it turns out that all movies can't be played, and only brings up a green screen

Well I just recently installed the app. After I subscribed KlikFilm with MyTelkomsel and attempted to log in with phone number, I've got stuck on OTP insertion form.

Quick question: where does my money go? I bought the premium via e-wallet and after I paid, the app wont load. So, I re-installed it and poof! Guess what? My premium is gone. I don't even know where the menu to check the subscription, but I knew I don't have access for premium features because it says I only have 10 minutes free-watching time.
