This is how it works:
Simply register, deposit a means of payment, start the journey with a simple click before the journey (check-in) and you're on your way with your inexpensive ticket. ciao automatically detects your journey on public transport using GPS tracking and Bluetooth. At the end of the journey, simply end the journey (check-out) with a simple click. If you forget to check out, the ciao app thinks ahead and reminds you.
Of course, ciao also offers you the opportunity to record your fellow travelers.
