We need an update PLEASE. I've been banking with CNB for several years, but for whatever reason, the app barely works anymore. I have to uninstall, re-download, and log back into the app multiple times daily just to check my balance. Every time, there's an error that pops up saying "Error: Uncaught Error: Module" with no clear way of fixing the issue rather than just uninstalling and reinstalling just to view a bank statement.

I've had the same ERROR message, having to uninstall and reinstall to make it work once. It'd been happening for 3 years. THIS MADE IT WORK. When you install, login, then logout IN THE APP before closing. Do this a few times. I never close the app by swiping it closed. It has works ever since. Good luck.

Update: Still horrible. I uninstall and reinstall about once a week. I have to just use the website, but you can only do zelle on the app. They obviously don't care about making the app work better. Have to uninstall and reinstall probably 7 times...at least. It will just stop working. Will have errors that keep it from opening. Once it gets an error, it's done.
