The issue is, you only can view 1 account only that is your broadband account, it been a year this problem arise. you only can pay your broadband bill only. for your mobile go to pay somewhere else. its say pull down and refresh nothing change. the only change is my heart always cursing this apps. log out and log in back still the same. uninstall the apps install back it ok. the next day gone again, what the frustated apps, by the way the provider just need money only. thats why its didnt work.

Problematic app that does not update your plan and add-ons even after you've changed. Error encountered when trying to remove add-ons also. Believe I've lost some dollars in the past because of that. Further update: Very disappointing that MyRepublic Talk app will be discontinued. This is what happens with monopolies! Will be porting over to another telco eventually.

I needed to enable roaming but all I can see is my broadband and no mobile plans at all. It's not showing up in app nor on the web login. The mobile option is missing. I don't know if it was an app problem or that the app is simply reflecting a problem from my account. End up, I had to forgo roaming and sign up for something else. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Hi, please try a pull-to-refresh on the account list screen by pulling down and releasing. This should refresh and show all accounts. If the mobile accounts are still missing, log out and back in. If the issue remains, email us at app@myrepublic.net.
