My Roehl provides two-way messaging, load dispatch and updates, and the ability to submit paperwork and photos for accidents and claims to the back office. We walk you through the process with necessary data input and allow you to take photos or upload saved photos for your accident or claim submission.

Upon submitting documents, and accident and/or claim information you will receive a unique confirmation number and email notification enabling you to view your images for up to 14 days.

Image optimization will improve legibility even for carbon-copied documents and documents with light gray text on a color background (blue, yellow, green, pink, etc.)

Constantly being upgraded or working on issues. You have to make 3 button hits three screens to load one pic. When sending in load securement and tarping photos you send in about 10 pics. when sending documents you used to be able to preview the documents now you can't. I have jobs to turn in today is the deadline and the app has been down. I'm unable to turn them in to get paid on time for them. I was busy messing with this app on my day off I've had three days off in a year.

The app works for me. It's not nothing special but the only complaint I have is the location stays on all the time which for me is concerning because who can see my location? It should be when you go off duty it stops tracking because it's none of no ones business where I go on my 34.

Wasn't broke but they "fixed (upgraded)" it. Huge learning curve took weeks to find stuff. I wished they had left it alone and operating as it had been for last three years. Also wish I could go in and swap out everyone's computers who worked on upgrade to opposing software so they could feel the same as ALL the drivers that had to adapt to new settings the upgrade brought.
