Very poor service when it comes to redeeming your reward like i redeemed coins to google play gift card and it said that I would receive it in 15 days it's been more than 22 days and there is still no response from them. I even write emails for this issue but still not a single response from the team.

EDITED: Waiting over 7 weeks now for a $5 reward card. needless to say, I won't be testing anymore since it feels like I'm never getting my reward- it's not worth it anymore especially compared to other playtesting sites/apps.

Horrible. Do not waste your time. I have been a member for months and have yet been able to test a game due to the plethora of tech issues and them ignoring my tickets.
