Beginning in 2017, companies need to implement mechanisms for control and monitoring of all hours worked by employees at all times to facilitate information to them and to any inspection work may receive. With this new control system input and output through HERA employees, it is possible to obtain a real time recording presence of employees in the company.

This new functionality is integrated 100% in the HR application HERA, allowing on one hand the worker to input or output register their workplace in just a few taps through its smartphone, also counting with custom notifications launched by the application that allow you to remember the time of registration; and secondly that the company has access to historical inputs and outputs of the workplace.
