Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

The app is ok, but the company leaves a lot to be desired. Their customer support is terrible as their lines drop regularly, the agents cannot give reasonable answers and the company seems interested only in collecting money, but provides terrible services. I regret subscribing to Fiber1 network. The company deserves no star whatsoever.

I read through customers feedback way back in 2019. It is obvious the company has greatly improved their services. I am barely one month old enjoying the service without any form of outage within the period. Just that your customer reps need to be more responsive and courteous.
