The following access permissions are required to use NH Banking services.

1. Storage space: Access to device photos, media, and files, used when using services such as storing certificates, saving bankbook copies, and saving transfer confirmation details.
2. Phone number: Verification of mobile phone number for mobile phone identity verification, mobile OTP with access rights to mobile phone status and device information to prevent electronic financial fraud, mobile phone identity verification, version confirmation in environment settings, (re)issuance of NH mobile certificate We use your mobile phone information to connect you to a consultation phone number.
3. Installed apps: Used to check smartphone APP installation information to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents and to detect apps that require attention.

1. Location: Access to device location information is used when using services such as finding a branch.

[How to set access rights]
- Settings > Applications > NH Banking > Permissions
- If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, all required access rights can be applied without optional access rights. In this case, if you upgrade the operating system to OS 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app, you can set access rights normally.
