Had to look several minutes for the ticket I just bought. Other apps like this usually show the ticket right after purchase. This one is rather hidden in a not very obvious place. They also charge you a pretty high fee for each ticket!

App doesn't work, after installing you have to enter your mail adress to receive a verification code. Entered multiple times never received a code, this means not able to login. All though Tranzer is part of a paid mobility service, allready filed a complaint by that service provider, way paying for something that doesn't work ...

I am sorry to hear that. In the help center section of the app you can send us further information. If you include the email address you are using then we can investigate the reason why you cannot receive the code.

Please do not make my mistake! Do not buy daily GVB ticket by this app cause the drivers on the bus and the inspector on the trams doesn't know this app, they alway say that you have to scan a ticket but with this app you cannot scan anything. Result are very bad impression with the drivers and other passengers who look at you like a thief, instead I paid for this service, but the staff are not informed and the readers do not read in QR code. Please buy the magnetic card for 3 euros more and you can also take the metro !! Not recommended
