ViPlex Handy is a software application of NovaStar running on mobile devices. This application is designed for the LED display control system and provides functions such as screen management, solution editing, system settings and media library.
Screen management: Includes functions like searching and connection of the control cards in the LAN, quick screen configuration, real-time monitoring, playback management, brightness adjustment, and cloud server binding.
Solution editing: Allows users to quickly edit various solution lists and send them to the LED display control card.
System settings: Includes functions like language setting, push notifications, and help.
Media library: Allows users to browse multimedia files, images and videos on the mobile phone.

My company had bought a few of these media displays that use this app. After a couple YouTube videos I was able to make the signs work and get configured correctly. It was convenient being able to just use my phone and not drag around a laptop. Today 4/24/24 I went to use the App to do another media display and the app has changed. Much much harder to use and the ability to configure my screens is gone. This app is now worthless. Back to the laptop.

Did work perfectly, then after an update just crashes when trying to view gallery in the phone, tried everything and anything, sent an email, no reply. Re Insalled software, checked permissions, happend on both android phones we have but works on an iPhone?

I installed the Viplex Handy app (version 5) on my phone, but it has a major issue. Every time I try to upload a photo or video, the app crashes and closes automatically. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and the problem happens consistently. I hope the developers fix this bug in the next update
