The My Travel Insurance App features easy access to your travel insurance details and online claims portal and allows you to read what is and is not included in the Policy Wording. Enjoy everything you need at your fingertips including access to our online claims portal, emergency numbers and travel advice.

Ratings and reviews

It worked ok until the last update. Now I can't log in, all I get is Policy Not Found.

As per all the previous emails, this app is useless and wont allow anyone to log on. It does not bode well for Allianz reliability that they say on the policy details that you can install the app for ease of use when no one has been able to do that and yet they don't bother fixing it over 3 years of complaints (that I have looked at the reviews all 1 star).

Absolutely useless app. Do not waste your time. Unable to log in as it is repeatedly unable to find my policy. Have emailed for assistance at least twice and never had a response. Thanks Allianz for the really poor customer service.
