New app works perfectly in general. Convenient to have tickets on phone without having to go through email. Edit-As of this week the app is no longer working. It has said for a few months when you open the app then an update is available but when you click on that update there is no option. Previously you could swipe out and it would take you to the app. Now you are unable to exit from the prompt and there is still no option to update the app. This has been happening since last week.

Gave the update available message on old phone, but I never did it because of the comments on here. Got a new phone and now like so many other users the app won't even load. Just stays on the MJR screen loading, but nothing ever happens. Tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm not sure how this hasn't been fixed yet. Using a Pixel 8 Pro

This app used to be mediocre at best and now it is downright unusable because it won't even open. I have restarted my phone, logged out of and back into the app, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works, the app won't open and just keeps throwing an error that says it keeps stopping. App Support is non existent so don't bother trying to contact them, I emailed and never received a response. I thought MJR cared about their customers but I guess I was wrong.
