The app is convenient, but some of the features don't work very well. The credit card originally saved to the account expired, and I can't delete it, or save another card to it. Also, the food ordering function is spotty, and doesn't work at all at some of the older locations. If they fixed some of those features, it'd be a 4 or 5, out of 5. Also, when you order tickets on the app, it's charges a $6 fee... Which is a lot for an app "convenience fee."

I like the app and the convenience of using it as my movie pass. I would love if Santikos would allow payments directly from Paypal as well. Also to allow different movie filters and view mode. Not perfect but hopefully will add more features in a near future. Edit: Removed 1 star due to constant issues where I have to completely reset the app back to default in order to get it to connect to the theatres and order my tickets. 😔

App needs a lot of work. It takes forever to load if at all. After it final did I purchased tickets to a movie and they showed in the app. When I got to the theater and clicked on the app it again took forever to load and the tickets were not there. I selected the purchased item from the menu and there was nothing shown as being purchased. I had to go to the customer service desk to have them look my purchase up and get tickets. Getting charged a extra fee for "convenience" is a rip off.
