This app is terrible. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to change the whole app and make it to something that isn't usable. Is there even staff for app maintenance? because it definitely doesn't seem like it. 95% of the time it doesn't work and the only thing I see is "good afternoon" on the home screen. How am i supposed to keep track of monthly data usage. This new app also doesn't memorise your card so you have to enter it every time you top up. fix this bs Vodafone. I'm not paying for amateur mistakes like these.

"Sorry, we couldn't collect your information" is the message I get when I try to View detailed information after updating to version 7.1.1 on Pay & Go plan (pull down to refresh and Try Again does NOT work either) oh well yet another problem with this app I suppose! and it can take such a long time to get my account balance sometimes as the app is so slow :( I have had to uninstall and then reinstall this app many times to get it to even half work :( so many sad faces using this terrible app :(

App always glitching and not working. Haven't managed to log in for ages which is annoying when trying to access your plan or bill! Can't change my password either because the email link keeps trying to force me to the app which isn't working. Slack app, frustrating as others have said to use!!
