Very bad experience we purchased the package of 800 mbps and its giving 60 mbps on my laptop with lan connected to it they r showing in their we are getting the speed of 700 i checked with 2 phones and 2 laptop still less than 100 mbps. We said we don't want the connection if connection is this weak they said you still have to pay for router and sign the contract we argued with the customer care for more than 2 hours still there is no solution

Very bad experience overall, signed up for new fiber connection, they took 1 day to send someone for installation he said my area is not under his service from then on i have been calling with no response somedays there helpline number is not reachable then i went to their office, he also says its not Awasr's problem so i cancelled the order in total wasted 5 days and rude employee at office
