Great start! To improve the service and app, I suggest the following: -Remove the app launch animation -Incorporate routes and stops into Google Maps directions. -Offer unlimited daily/weekly/monthly access with fixed fees (student discounts would be a plus) instead of paying for each individual trip. -Show real-time ETA for every stop. -Install physical bus stops (benches/roofs). -Add more lines. -Recharge your NFC card or subscription digitally through the app.

its a good app to see where your bus is at, but the problem is it doesnt give you a time estimate to when it might arrive to where you are waiting for him. i have missed several busses cos of this. also something not related to the app but is an issue, you might wait an hour for the second bus to come.

It is wonderful that this application is beneficial for Lebanon. The app is indeed very good and user-friendly, but it could use some improvements. It would be more convenient if users could create their own accounts, which would make it easier to rate drivers and provide feedback for further enhancements. Additionally, users could then add funds to their accounts and make direct payments through the app, among other features. This would be a significant step forward.
