Ratings and reviews

Why storage permission is mandatory to use the app? I just want to check the train timings, without giving storage permission unable to open the app. Unable to manage Singara Chennai NCMC card from the app. With the old travel card we can view the travel card balance and recent entries with a single tap on mobiles with NFC, which is not working with the new NCMC card.

while trying to get a ticket using this store value pass, it is asking to login...this is a big hassle during the last minute and sometimes we need to get tickets at the counter due to this issue.

The app gets logged out by itself and when trying to find out the tickets after finnally logging in after trying so many times it showed empty
