A great app and a great platform. The only issue is the format for adding Accuplacer scores. My scores were not segregated into the categories shown on Common App for the Accuplacer test, so I couldn't enter my marks. Please update the format or provide more information on how to enter the scores in 2022.

Works great but the deadlines should correspond with what's seen on the school site and the recommendation process should be made easier for recommenders. They should be able to write their letter on the app and not have to write and upload from somewhere else, that's unnecessary stress. Apart from that, works great so far.

The app glitches and kicks my daughter off right after she has spent loads of time writing essays for college applications. When she logs back in all her hard work has often been erased. VERY FRUSTRATING. This app is supposed to aid in applying for universities/colleges, but has taken tons of extra time re-doing everything that has been deleted everytime it freezes and glitches...PLEASE FIX!
