This app frequently sucks. Just now it forces you to go to the app store to download a new version, but there's no new version available. Even uninstalling and reinstalling still forces you to go to the app store to download a new version. There is no way to use the app. Infinite loop! Also, in the past this app added a new requirement for phone verification. However, no matter how many times you entered the code, it would still request a new verification. More infinite loops!!

The old version of the app was more reliable and notified you properly when your car was finished charging. Today it wouldn't even show how much charge the car got and it keeps displaying Network Server Error messaging whenever I opened it, which slowed my phone down. Went to investigate and the car had charged fine. It's just an issue with the app.

There's a newer version of this app which you can't install. You just get caught in a loop. So you take your chances and drive to the charging station, which, turns out, is your worst nightmare and is not in service. So you call their customer service, who is soooo relaxed and unconcerned that you are stranded at their stupid broken charging station, and provides absolutely no service whatsoever.
