This app is great and the people that work at the bank are very nice and always helpfull...every time I have a question or problem they are always there to talk to no answering machine ,no long waits ..

This is about the stupidest dumbest non-thought-out app that I ever seen exist you cannot off the street just set up your account and gain access you literally have to talk to somebody in Texas in order to set your account up apparently they don't have the computer system to be able to verify it's you so therefore you have to actually talk to someone in order to physically gain contact with your account.

They are getting too big for their britches. Might be time for a new credit union, instead of their big bank mentality. Choose wisely with all the options out there.
