Update... 3 years later.. Still the worst app in the history of apps. 1st you can't enter your log in info without hitting the sign in button as if you entered the info already. Also keep getting error messages saying unable to process your request even though I haven't requested anything yet. Can't see pertinent information either. Trying to log in after receiving the text code. Enter the code, get a message stating the code has expired. not even 30 seconds after the code...

I received an email stating there was an important message for me. I went to log in and it redirected me to do an update. once I signed in there was nothing not even my profile. no payment transactions, nothing!! I tried to roll back the update and couldn't. this current update is garbage. if I could give zero stars I would.

I'm happy having this app it helps me keep track of my pension account. Besides that. I want to say. Thank you all at NYCERS. Especially, Mrs. ******** that handles DC37 local 420. She was the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of being interviewed with. She worked with me and made my time with her and there at NYCERS like if I were king. She made my time matter. I wasn't rushed out. It was easy. All my questions were answered and explained. Thank you, Mrs.******
