I can't schedule appointments anymore. Fix it please RESPONSE: This isn't user error! Literally, when I open the app and hit the appointments button it loads a blank page. I can do nothing to "troubleshoot" the problem. It's the app itself, not anything I did wrong or can solve. Nice try passing the buck though. 🙄 FIX IT PLEASE

This app is very nice and easy to navigate. Give you the advantages of: See your appointments and check-in online. Read the after appointments doctor's notes. See you test results like labs, x-rays, etc. in no time. Request medicine's refills. You can send messages to your doctors. Pay your bills and a lot more.

The app is great for reviewing your personal information (test results, appointments and such) , but there is no "back" option. For example, when you click on an appointment to view the details, there is no way to go back to the home page, the only choices are "app preferences" and "exit", so you can only do one task at a time and have to exit out and then sign back in again which is very cumbersome and annoying! I sure hope this gets fixed!!!
