This bank app does not let me access Zelle. After a long phone call with US EAGLE, I was repeatedly told it's a problem on my end. I did the steps repeatedly on the way to fix it with being unsuccessful. I was told nothing else could be done. I wish this bank never teamed up with Zelle. It messed up the whole app. Zelle is not able to be used independently. It sends me back to my bank app. This is the continuous error that I get. A loading pinwheel.

The current app requires some adjustment from the one I was accustomed to. My only real complaint is that Fingerprint Authentication works for only 2 or 3 logins before I have to disable it. I've reset it a few times, but can't be resetting it 2 or 3 times weekly-- that is the opposite of convenience. I wish that feature were either fully functional or not listed as an option

This is, with out a doubt, the worst app I I've ever used. They had such a good system and "upgraded it," now it's an absolute nightmare. You can't get your bank accounts to sync with quicken or each other. Now the app only can be used in Spanish. We are closing our accounts with eagle as a result and switching to a different credit union, today. What a nightmare, and totally unnecessary.
