OMG! I'm wasting so much time waiting to log in. It keeps loading, and after a few minutes, it just goes back to the login page without even logging me into my account. It's supposed to be convenient for users, but it's too stressful to keep waiting and waiting, only to be sent back to the login page and have to retry, with no success. It's so frustrating! And it cannot capture your updated details like the mobile number, you have to visit the branch just to update a contact number.

It's really disappointing trying to access my Pag-IBIG account. Every time I try to reset my password, it always gives an error even if the password I enter meets all the requirements. I’ve used uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters still no luck. It keeps saying it doesn’t match the criteria, even when it clearly does. It's frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I urgently need to access my account. This kind of system issue needs to be fixed.

the app is really disappointing. I already created an account and done also linking my loyalty card.. I already logged in so many times using my email and password. However, the next day when i tried to apply for a loan, as I logged in my email and password, it's already invalid until it's locked and you have to go to pag-ibig branch just to regain access to your account. what a poor app! I am 101% sure that may email ang password are correct!!
