Despite multiple attempts at various times and under different network conditions, I have not received the temporary password required to complete my initial login and transaction through the mobile application. I have ensured that the app is fully updated and all necessary permissions are granted. Nevertheless, the repeated failure to receive the temporary password is causing significant inconvenience and is preventing me from proceeding further.

Trying to login through the website and app but only showing don't match record. Requested a password reset through my email and received a temporary password but it is not working at all. It says need to login as first time login but unable to use temporary password. Account existing but unable to login. Tried to call the number wasting money using regular rates, no answer. Tried email support and chat support either are not working. So much frustration and disappointment.

This app is really disappointing, especially on the customer support side. I’ve submitted multiple tickets about my issue with applying for MP2 savings, but all I ever get is an acknowledgment email and a ticket reference — that’s it. No actual representative has worked on my concern or followed up. It’s frustrating to keep reaching out and get the same automated response every time. The developers really need to improve their support system and actually help users resolve their issues.
