Ratings and reviews

Trying to login through the website and app but only showing don't match record. Requested a password reset through my email and received a temporary password but it is not working at all. It says need to login as first time login but unable to use temporary password. Account existing but unable to login. Tried to call the number wasting money using regular rates, no answer. Tried email support and chat support either are not working. So much frustration and disappointment.

The web version is even better. This app only allows you to login but when you tap any part of the screen it would say session expired and you are not connected to a network. I have tried un installing and re-installing, also clearing the app's cache but to no avail.

Feedback: App is useful but needs more update features. Please allow changing civil status (with marriage cert upload) and updating contact info like number or email directly in the app. Would save members a lot of time! Even getting Pag ibig loyalty card can be done online by submitting digital requirements that can be verified online.
