My paid version disappear immediately after I change my phone, but C2Lab is really responsive to my queries and finally I'm able to reactivate my subscription on the new phone. greatly appreciate for the prompt response and help. this saved me alot of time and effort to restart everything on a new app. very reliable!!

Multiple issues with the app, despite buying 2 Pro versions. Doesn't sync any more with Google Drive and seems to have lost its ability to sync with Dropbox as well. The app also doesn't work on Mac Book Pro desktop. Quite risky saving important info in this app! Update on 29th Dec. 2020: After reaching out to the developers with the issue, they were able to find the problem and fix it. Able to log in and sync on Dropbox now. Thank you.

Hi, I have upgraded to the pro version as is easy to use. This is seems to be a very good replacement for unsupported Lockrz. Question please answer - How do you change the icons used for various entries? I have downloaded Win app but says it needs to sync in the Android app first before running. How? Syncing between phone and tablet works well. Where can I find a comprehensive user guide?
