I tried logging in to my Chinabank online account using a new device, but I keep getting an error message saying there’s an issue with the registered device. It won’t let me proceed at all. I’ve already followed the instructions, but it’s very inconvenient that I need to visit a branch or call just to resolve a simple login. For a digital banking app, this should be smoother especially when switching to a new phone. Please fix this so customers can access their accounts w/o unnecessary hassle.

I recently changed my device and have encountered significant issues accessing my account. Despite entering the correct credentials. Needed to go to a bank nearby, a lot of hassle. Maybe, you can add a feature by transferring account to another device to less more hassle just like ather online banking. I also discovered that it does not provide the option to lock my card — a critical feature for online banking security. This functionality is essential for protecting users.

The new mycbc app is the much awaited upgrade from the old app. This one is definitely easier to use. Application is now done by the customers, and we don't need to visit the branch anymore just to register. The crashes also significantly reduced. The improvements definitely deserve five stars. However, I just hope they include lock/unlock feature for the credit card, just for added peace of mind. Also, letting clients set their transaction (transfer) limits would be very helpful.
