Koel is a pretty awesome music experience on Desktop, and it's great to see it on mobile too! The only reason I give four stars, is because it would be nice to see more features from the Desktop version like Themes for instance, or visualizer. I rather enjoy little things to play with in applications like this, especially those that serve content as close to me as music. None the less, I'd still easily recommend it!

I thought it was a bit steep for 11 dollars, but after seeing how polished this app was, I take it back. This is preferable to the web player by a long shot. My only complain is that we can't edit songs or artists or albums (Covers, titles, etc) as far as I'm aware. To the creator, I suggest you look at Oto music for some feature inspiration if you haven't already. Great app, keep up the great work.

Everything about Koel as a platform is great, but this app seems to be fairly new, with lots of bugs. On my device (Oppo R15 Pro) it rarely plays a file when you attempt to, but a few minutes later will start playing it. Or it will keep playing music even after you've closed the app, and only stop when you open and close a 2nd time. The interface looks great, and works great when it does work!! But for $17AU it just isn't there quite yet. Fingers crossed we get these kinks out!
