I've been using this app for two months, but unfortunately, two persistent issues have marred my experience. *Major Issues:* 1. *Auto-Log Out*: The app frequently logs me out without warning, forcing me to log back in repeatedly. This is frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of a task. 2. *Error: Email Required*: When trying to log back in, I consistently receive an error message stating "Email is required" - despite having already entered my email address.

A third class app I've ever used. So annoying! I have been checking for 6 consecutive days for my roll number slip and the day before yesterday, finally, it was uploaded but the problem is that it doesn't get downloaded. I tried every single folder to give it access but at the end, I found nothing but a bitter experience using their cheap app. If problem occurs constantly, shall be addressed as soon as possible. Please, hire some good deveopers for such professional works not Jugaroos! 😑

The app’s interface is good, but I keep facing login issues. Even with the correct email and password, it repeatedly shows ‘Error occurred’ or ‘Invalid password or email.’ Reinstalling didn’t help. The password recovery process is also unnecessarily lengthy and time-consuming compared to other apps.
