Frustrating and Useless App Experience I had a terrible experience with the PAK Identity app. After creating an account, it repeatedly asked for location permissions, which I granted. However, every time I tried to log in, it showed the error message, "We can't retrieve your location at the moment." I applied via the web portal and then logged into the mobile app to scan my fingerprints. However, when I click on the application in progress in the mobile, it only shows a loading animation and eventually displays a "service request timeout" error. I have tried this on multiple devices, including Samsung, OnePlus, Apple, Vivo, and Oppo, and encountered the same issue on all of them. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Unreliable and Frustrating Experience I've tried using the NADRA app to renew my card, but every time I open the app or access the renewal details, I get an error message saying "Service Down." This issue occurs repeatedly and makes the process incredibly frustrating. The app is unreliable and a complete waste of time. Pathetic service.
