DOWNLOAD AUTOPAY AND GET ON THE ROAD
Autopay is an automatic motorway payment app that is already used by more than 2 million drivers. With Autopay, you don't have to wait in long lines to buy a vignette or for the barrier to go up on the motorway.

ELECTRONIC VIGNETTES TO 6 COUNTRIES AVAILABLE WITH AUTOPAY
The Autopay app allows you to purchase vignettes for Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. All you have to do is log into your account, select the country you are interested in, indicate the number of days and confirm payment. The vignette (as a .pdf file) will arrive in your email inbox. You don't even have to print it out. All you have to do is show it on your phone screen during a possible inspection.

MOTORWAYS COVERED BY AUTOPAY
You can currently use Autopay on motorways covered by the videotolling system (service not available for motorbikes), i.e. in Poland on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and the A1 Gdańsk-Toruń AmberOne motorway, and in Austria on the sections: A9 Pyhrn Gleinalm tunnel, A9 Pyhrn Bosruck tunnel, A10 Tauern motorway, A11 Karawanken southbound, A13 Brenner motorway, S16 Arlberg road tunnel.
From July 1, 2023, traveling on state motorways, i.e. A4 Wrocław-Gliwice (Sośnica) and A2 Konin-Stryków, is free. If the government decides to reintroduce the fees - you will be able to use Autopay to pay for these sections as well.

PARKING IN AUTOPAY

Would be wonderful if it remembers who you were or what car you drive or even partially remember a credit card. But it doesn’t seem to want to do that. So the data needs to be re-entered each time you use it. Same problem, 3 months running. Oh, the pay your fine page, not park, works great

A total failure. It demands that the invoices be done for Polish location and with a NIP. It doesn't post transactions as they happen. Unfortunately, there is a little choice if you want to go through some of the Polish freeways and don't have a citizen profile on their .gov.pl site. Foreigners are not welcome. And there is no way in changing the privacy settings and to end the GPS tracking

I cannot say enough good things about Autopay. Not only is the app easy to use, it takes the worry of the cost and accessibility of parking away. It makes the process so much smoother and more pleasant. I live outside NYC and have used it many times there but I have used it in other cities as well. Recently, the garage I had arranged for was inaccessible due to street closures. I was late for work and didn’t have time to call Autopay to make other arrangements so I just pulled into another garage and paid almost 3 times as much. I knew that if I called Autopay I would get my original payment refunded. When I finally had a chance to call, they refunded my original payment and when I provided a receipt, gave me a credit for the additional cost of the parking garage that I wound up using. Hard to find such good customer service these days and it has made me a loyal customer who will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

What's new

In the latest version of the app, we have changed the new registration process, suitable for all types of users. We have also implemented a number of technical and visual changes to improve performance and user experience.
