In the My A1 application as a postpaid user of the A1 mobile network you can:

- buy tariff and roaming supplements
- Look at your active add-ons
- take advantage of available promotions
- you pay your bill

PREPAID
In the My A1 application, as a prepaid user of the A1 mobile network, you can:
- check the loan balance at any time
- use current promotions
- You buy a supplement in accordance with your needs

- you send a request for activation of SOS credit

NOTE:
Vip continues the story as A1, so we recommend existing users of the My Vip application to update their application so that all functionalities are fully available when switching to the My A1 application.

Mobile internet or WiFi must be turned on to display user data within the app. If a user wants to access their data via WiFi, they can do so by entering their username and password created for My A1.

The flow of data over the A1 network created by accessing content within the application in national traffic is free of charge. During use, it is possible for the application to access external content whose use is charged according to the valid A1 price list. The flow of data created by using the roaming application will be charged at the current prices for roaming data transfer.

Very ambiguous information : “100 GB Welcome bonus valid for 3 days Extend your welcome bonus from 3 to 10 days by recharging credit from 500 RSD or more in the first 3 days of use.“ I paid the extra 500rsd and expected after 3 days for my 100GB to be extended, but no. A1 behave like a budget Airline trying to confuse their customers, too many options, too much deceit. Their app doesn't translate in English like it's supposed to, better using the website and Google translate.

No issue while using for over a year except some missing translation and a recently found minor UI bug with displayed statistics(just reported it to support, so they'll likely fix this) - didn't affect actual functionality. Good Job.

Scammers. I paid through this app twice. And not once did the money appear on the balance. Customer support will not resolve your issue. Don't even get your hopes up. They simply deduct money from your account! It's genius!
