Does not work. When the app is started, it shows blue screen with yellow sign in the center, and I cannot do anything. Honor 10

Awfully application. I tried to take charger in Nur-sultan, the device didn't provide me a charger but started session with me renting charger for one day. I tried to contact support , they just refused to refund the expenses. With no explanation, support (Gulnara) started ignoring me. The chargers are not working and application in general is awful
