No way to register an international account or receive international help. I've had a package seemingly lost for weeks now, the russian sender is no longer contactable, and there hasn't been any assistance from anyone. Even someone using Google translate at this point would be better than the radio silence I've been getting.

Hard to find the point, the information about the boxberry offices position is extremely inaccurate in Armenia. You can spend hour to find it.

Bad application i can't rigester new account , and the service is not good at all, two SMS arrived to me mentioned that my package is ready but when i go to pick it up they say yours not arrived yet , it's my first time and should be the last
