постоянно закрывается при попытке посмотреть архив с камер, если с 10 попытки получится, то значит очень повезло и постоянно требует выдать доступ к микрофону, спасибо шпион в кармане мне не нужен

Для решения вопроса с просмотром архивных записей, пожалуйста, оформите заявку на ремонт, через приложение (кнопка на главном экране). Наш специалист проверит оборудование по вашему адресу.
Приложение просит разрешить доступ к микрофону в настройках вашего устройства, для приема звонка с домофона.

приложение не принимает л/с и пароль, с помощью которого была произведена регистрация на сайте

Добрый день. Для того чтобы войти в приложение, вам необходимо выполнить отдельную процедуру регистрации, так как необходимо документально подтвердить принадлежность к адресу . Данная процедура необходима для того, чтобы посторонние лица не смогли производить просмотр камер вашего адреса.
